BIOGRAPHY/ OVERVIEW

Yasser is a Senior Associate of Yassien & Partners.

He is a qualified lawyer with over 18 year PQE of extensive legal experience.

Yasser acquired comprehensive understanding of corporate law while serving as both inhouse and external counsel with the aptitude to combine commercial experience with legal knowledge.

Prior to joining Yassien & Partners, Yasser has developed his wide-ranging legal expertise working with leading law firms where he advised a diverse portfolio of corporate clients on legal issues.

 

ACHIEVEMENTS / EXPERIENCE

-  Yasser regularly advises clients on regulatory matters across different sectors and; represents clients in various corporate matters.

-  Represented and advised Eltahrir for media production “ Ten Tv ” Company for four years.
