Tamer Mohamed is a senior associate of Yassien & Partners.

He is a qualified lawyer with over 20-year PQE of extensive legal experience.

Tamer acquired comprehensive understanding of legal experience serving as both inhouse and external counsel with the aptitude to combine commercial experience with legal knowledge.

Prior to joining Yassien & Partners, tamer has developed his wide-ranging legal expertise working with leading law firms where he advised a diverse portfolio of corporate clients on legal issues.

ACHIEVEMENTS / EXPERIENCE

 §  He worked as a legal adviser for 10 years to a companies working in investment, real estate marketing, hotel management, agricultural development, contracting and others.

§  Participated in the defense and preparation of legal notes in 00public opinion cases.

§  Cooperate with law firms in Kuwait and Oman to provide advice, opinions and legal briefs in various cases and. topics

§  He worked in one of the law firms specializing in administrative judicial disputes. preparing legal pleadings and presentation in many cases, including disputes with a value of 300 million EGP.

§  Preparation of submissions in arbitration proceedings.

§  He received compensation in claims against Saudi Airlines with a value of two million five hundred thousand EGP.

§  He obtained a rule in favour of one of the largest companies in the field of agrarian rehabilitation before the Court of Administrative Justice and required the administrative authority to refund the sum of 75 million EGP in favour of the company.
