• Ahmed Yassien is a Senior Associate at Yassien & Partners.
• He is a qualified lawyer with over 7-year PQE of extensive legal experience.
• Ahmed Yassien acquired comprehensive understanding of Corporate, Financing, Private Equity and Venture Capitals, Sports sector, Real-estate & Development sector & Constructions while serving as both inhouse and external counsel with the aptitude to combine business/commercial experience with legal knowledge.
• In addition to being an academic staff with a solid experience in conducting researchers, teaching and delivering different lectures and session in Commercial, Corporate, Civil & Common and Contracts Law at British University in Egypt and Ain Shams Arbitration Centre, i hold a comprehensive experience with 7 years in different legal fields such as Corporate, Financing, Private Equity and Venture Capitals, Sports sector, Real-estate & Development sector & Constructions. Additionally, I was involved in different commercial transactions (SPAs – Takeovers – Corporate Financing). Moreover, I co-teamed with the Arbitration Team in different Arbitration cases held before Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA) and Court for Arbitration of Sports (CAS); providing them with the technical and legal support in regard to the disputed contracts & legal advises related to the Construction & Oil & Gas and Sports.
•  I am currently acting as a Legal Adviser to several companies. My Responsibilities are assisting the board and the legal counsellor in negotiating, drafting and reviewing all commercial contracts in which the company enters into. Additionally, Reviewing, drafting and redrafting different types of contracts whether for the sports sector or the construction sector or the financing including but not limited to coaches and players contracts, sponsorship contracts, development contracts, construction, contracting, Financing contracts i.e. Leasing, Mortgage, Securitization, Factoring, Reverse-Factoring, PEs & VCs Investment and related contracts) & other types of Contracts. Moreover, advising in all aspects of commercial, financing and corporate deals (Drafting SPAs, Subscription Agreements & Shareholders Agreements and formulating and preparing Due Diligence Report(s)).

• Ahmed Yassien regularly advises clients on in all aspects of commercial, financing, Sports-disputes and corporate matters across different sectors and has represented clients in various Transactions/Disputes.
• Ahmed Yassien frequently advises on a broad range of Corporate Structure, Restructuring, Incorporation, Financing issues from a corporate law outlook.
•  Advising major Real-estate companies with regard to Development obligations under the Unified Building, Development practices & Reconciliation of Building Infringements Law in Egypt.
